🚚 When will my order arrive?
Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend. Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 working days and usually land 5–9 working days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
🎀 What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days. If it's not for you, message us and we'll refund you — you don't need to explain yourself. We'd rather have a happy non-customer than an unhappy one.
🌸 Will it irritate sensitive skin?
The heads are soft silicone rather than nylon bristles, so it glides instead of scrubbing. Start with 30 seconds a side, once a day, and build up from there. If your skin is currently broken, sunburnt or peeling, wait until it's settled.
🧴 Do I still need my own cleanser?
Yes — this replaces your hands, not your cleanser. Use whatever you already like. A gel or cream cleanser works best; foaming ones work too, just use a little less than usual.
🔋 Does it need charging?
No cable and nothing to plug in — it runs on 2 AA batteries, which aren't included. Upside: there's no charging cradle to lose, and it still works on holiday when you've forgotten the right adapter.
